Hprime is a cinema discovery and metadata aggregation platform. All content is sourced from licensed third-party metadata APIs. Hprime does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted audiovisual content.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may not share your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) scrape or systematically extract data from the Service; (b) circumvent any access controls; (c) use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent; (d) transmit unlawful or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Hprime brand, interface design, and original code are owned by Hprime. Third-party metadata, posters, and logos remain property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of metadata, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hprime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
