Hprime respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Hprime is a metadata and discovery platform — it does not host, stream, or distribute copyrighted audiovisual content.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe any content on Hprime infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material on Hprime that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
